Important Information on Christmas Delivery
December 12th, 2023 Update: Due to slow downs we are seeing in some USPS and UPS distribution centers, we can no longer guarantee delivery by Christmas for orders placed with standard USPS or UPS shipping.
As we head into the Christmas shopping season, one of the biggest concerns we have is “Will this be here in time for Christmas?”
We want everything to be there as quickly as possible, but also want to set realistic expectations. Due to the custom nature of many of the products we carry, it can take up to 2 months for out-of-stock orders to be filled.
Here are some guidelines to watch out for when ordering the perfect Christmas gift from us.
- Orders placed by October 31st (excluding left-hand and hand-carved items) will arrive before December 25th. If your item does not arrive on time, we will refund 10% of your order total, excluding shipping.
- If All Of Your Items Are Showing As “In Stock” – Our website’s inventory is incredibly accurate, and if everything is showing on your checkout page as “In Stock” you can safely assume it truly is in stock. For these orders, any order placed by 1:00 PM on December 13th will arrive before December 25th.
- Any Of Your Items Are Showing As “Out Of Stock” – Delivery times on temporary out-of-stock items are usually at least 2 weeks and could take significantly longer depending on the item. Because of this, any order placed after December 7th for a temporarily out-of-stock item will not arrive by December 25th.
- When In Doubt, Contact Us – Because the wait time on our items varies greatly, there’s a chance we will still be able to get out-of-stock items to you before Christmas. Before you order, please contact us with the items you are looking to get, including all of the options, and we can see what we can do to get it to you before December 25th.
